Due to the nature of the sale and the limited number of Editions, all sales are final. The studio does not condone the use of bots for online sales. Any Editions purchased with bots will be canceled at our discretion and a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Please note it can take up to 12 weeks for an Edition to ship. The studio may offer replacements or refunds at our discretion. If we decide to issue a refund for a damaged Edition, it will be issued once UPS resolves the claims case and notifies us that is has been closed. The studio is not able to issue refunds after 30 days from delivery date. Please note refunds for customs duties and VAT fees will need to be handled by the customs office of importing country.
